Texels Skuumkoppe (dark white beer)

Texels SkuumkoppeTexels Skuumkoppe (Texel Foam Top) is the first top-fermented, dark wheat craft beer brewed in the Netherlands. The brewer uses only natural ingredients, such as malted barley and wheat grown on Texel, hops, roasted malted barley and dune-filtered water. No herbs or spices are added.

Texels Skuumkoppe is an unfiltered, bottle-fermented beer containing 6% alcohol. The small amount of yeast sediment in the bottle gives the beer its distinctive creamy taste.

Texels Skuumkoppe is named after the white ‘skuum’ (foam) that beachcombers saw on the dark seas as they combed the beach for cargo washed overboard from ships. It’s a real thirst-quencher, best served at a temperature of 60 C. This special beer from the isle of Texel acquires its fullest creamy taste when you gently roll the bottle horizontally in your hands before opening it. Skuumkoppe can be enjoyed in both summer and winter and is best served in our sturdy Skuumkoppe glass.

Texels Goudkoppe (hopped blonde ale)

Texels goudTexels Goudkoppe (Texel Gold Top) is a blonde, top-fermented, speciality craft beer brewed according to the age-old traditions of the ‘Bayerische Reinheitsgebot’. The brewer uses only natural ingredients, such as hops, malted barley and dune-filtered water.

Texels Goudkoppe is an unfiltered, bottle-fermented beer containing 6% alcohol. The small amount of yeast sediment in the bottle gives the beer its distinctive creamy taste.

Texels Goudkoppe is a real thirst-quencher for all seasons and is best served at a temperature of 4-60 C. This golden ale from the isle of Texel has a full, creamy taste, with a slightly bitter aftertaste, thanks to the refined, specially selected hops used. Goudkoppe is best served in either a sturdy, ribbed glass or our elegant goblet.

The brewer uses only natural ingredients, such as malted barley from Texel, malted wheat, hops and dune-filtered water. No herbs or spices are added.

Texels Wit is an unfiltered, bottle-fermented beer containing 5% alcohol. The small amount of yeast sediment in the bottle not only gives the beer its distinctive creamy taste, it also contains a lot of Vitamin B.

Texels Wit is a real thirst-quencher, best served at a temperature of 3º C. This special beer from the isle of Texel acquires its fullest creamy taste when you gently roll the bottle horizontally in your hands before opening it. Texels Wit is best served in our sturdy ribbed glass without the traditional slice of lemon.

Texelse Eyerlander

Texels AmberTexels Amber (Texel Amber) is a top-fermented, speciality craft beer brewed according to the age-old traditions of the ‘Bayerische Reinheitsgebot’. The brewer uses only natural ingredients such as hops, malted barley and dune-filtered water.

Texels Amber is an unfiltered beer containing 5.5% alcohol. The small amount of yeast sediment in the bottle not only gives the beer its distinctive creamy taste, it also contains a lot of Vitamin B. Texels Amber derives its name from its warm, copper-red colour. It is best served in our elegant goblet at a temperature of about 6º C.


Texelse Dubbel

texels dubbelTexels Dubbel (Texel Double) is a top-fermented craft beer brewed according to age-old traditions. Only the purest of natural ingredients are used, such as pure dune-filtered water, malted barley from the isle of Texel, dark-roasted malted barley, hops and yeast.

Texels Dubbel is an unfiltered, bottle-fermented beer with a ruby-red appearance. The small amount of yeast sediment in the bottle not only gives the beer its distinctive creamy taste, it also contains a lot of Vitamin B. Texels Dubbel contains 6.4% alcohol.

This dark blonde speciality beer acquires its warm glow from the dark-roasting of the malted barley. Texels Dubbel has an aftertaste with a hint of sweetness and can be served anytime during the year. The beer is best served in our elegant goblet at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.

Texels Tripel is an unfiltered, bottle-fermented strong pale ale. The small amount of yeast sediment in the bottle not only makes the beer very creamy, it also contains a lot of Vitamin B. Texels Tripel contains 8.5% alcohol.

Texels Bockbier

Texels BockTexels Bockbier (Texel Bock) is a seasonal, top-fermented craft beer brewed according to age-old traditions. The brewer uses only natural ingredients, such as pure dune-filtered water, malted barley from the isle of Texel, roasted malted barley, hops and yeast. Texels Bockbier has a ruby-red colour and distinctive caramel taste derived from roasting the malted barley. In addition, the use of various specially selected varieties of hops gives this exceptional beer a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Texels Bockbier is an autumnal beer, which is lagered for a long period of time. This period of complete repose during the fermentation process intensifies and deepens the beer’s taste. Texels Bockbier is an unfiltered, bottle-fermented beer. The small amount of yeast sediment in the bottle not only makes the beer very creamy, it also contains a lot of Vitamin B. Texels Bockbier contains 7.0% alcohol. It is best served in our elegant goblet at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.

Texels Bockbier is one of the most exceptional bock beers in the Netherlands, consistently winning awards at beer-tasting challenges such as the annual selection of ‘The Best-Tasting Dutch Bock Beer’. In the last couple of years, Texels Bockbier has taken a second and a third place at this event.

Texels Stormbock

Texelse WitTexels Stormbock (Texel Storm Bock) is a seasonal, top-fermented craft beer brewed according to age-old traditions. The brewer uses only natural ingredients, such as pure dune-filtered water, four different kinds of roasted malted barleys, a number of specially selected varieties of hops and caramel.

Every year, the brewer puts all of his fantasy and inspiration into making a beer, and Stormbock is one of the pleasant, balanced results of him sowing his wild oats. It is a bottle fermented winter bock beer, with lots of body and 9.5% alcohol. The caramel and roasted malted barley give the beer its ruby-red colour and slightly sweet aftertaste, while the various kinds of hops add a twinge of bitterness. All of this results in an elegant and complex taste palette, which makes Stormbock a special beer for the genuine beer lover with time to spare and a comfortable recliner. Texels Winterbier (dark seasonal beer)

The brewer uses only natural ingredients, such as several varieties of barley and malted wheat and roasted malted barley grown on Texel, citrus peel, yeast and dune-filtered water. No herbs or spices are added to this beer.

Texels Winterbier is an unfiltered, bottle-fermented beer with a copper-coloured appearance. The small amount of yeast sediment in the bottle not only gives the beer its distinctive creamy taste, it also contains a lot of Vitamin B. In addition, the citrus gives the beer a fruity flavour. Texels Winterbier contains 7.5% alcohol.

Texels Winterbier is a robust speciality beer that is perfect for cosy settings, say gathered around a roaring fire. This beer is best served in our elegant goblet at a temperature of 8-10 ºC. It is available from early December.
